The Cortijo, old property dedicated to the Rural Tourism, located in the Axarquía (Malaga) near the Coast of the Sun and the sea, consists of three houses: the Cortijo, with 6 double bedrooms, the Aprisco, with 2 triple bedrooms, and the Mirador, with 2 double bedrooms. The complex also has an old 'Molino-Museum', an ample Swimming-Pool, barbecues, gardens and a small field of basketball.
Within the Cortijo there is an old oil mill that conserves such and as it was a century ago and it ground with the force of a horse the verdial olive of the Region producing the best oil, the sherry of the oil.
Oil from the centennial olive trees, rich in all vitamins and basic in our Mediterranean food, millenarian acebuches olive trees. This molino is been adapted to be able to chat with the friends, the family until high times of the night and to play with the children teaching to them the operation of an old enjoyed Molino-Museum.
150 meters away from the Cortijo is located the swimming pool with dimensions of 16 m.s x 8 m.s x 2.40 m.s surrounded by 2,000 m.s of turf, an orchard with you hoist fruit trees (fig tree, pear trees, apple trees, kakis, nisperos, hazels) and leafy palms. All this zone like the remaining gardens have their furniture of garden and its parasols in summer.
An bug barbecue where comfortably several roasted and stews can be made, like for example in summer the famous moraga malagueña and the espetos of sardines. Sombrajo with its table and seats, own to taste so flavorful plates and to throw the opportune siesta. |

The property with an extension of 600,000 square meters is surrounded and near of the Atalaya of 1,440 meters, the Edges of Doña Ana and the Gomer of 1,200 meters from where it descries to the Marsh of the Viñuela and the sea in Torre del Mar.
His mountains unite to the Mountain range of Almijara, future Natural Park and lower until the gorge of the Sabar River where are rest of the Paleolítico and caves of the Age of Cobre. Zone of oaks, olive trees, acebuches and quejigos where green and the clarity of Andalusia shines every day.
In the Cortijo and its environs many of the activities can be made that in total field and rural means the lovers of the nature wish. The Baths of Vilo de Aguas Sulfurosas, to buy chacinas in Alfarnate and Alfarnatejo, crossing the Route of the Oil and the Edges and to practice the Wing Delta, paragliding and trekking by the numerous ways, lengths strolls by the ways until high mountains taking asparagus, drinking in the gorges and contemplating wonderful views.
Its gastronomy is of most traditional of Rural Andalusia, plates like ajoblanco, gazpacho Andalusian with grapes moscateles in the shade of an olive tree in total month of August, migas, porras, chacinas, mushrooms of golden thistle, the pastry shop en Alfarnate, the good wine must and you happen. |
